The Habanero Pepper is a fiery chili pepper named after the Cuban city of La Habana.It has a citrusy, tangy flavour, and measures between 100,000 - 350,000 Scoville Heat Units, which is pretty darn hot, so I use it primarily in sauce and salsas. The plants grow very well in containers, and will produce lots of peppers from every plant.Habaneros are also cool looking, with their bright red colour, and their funky shape. Definitely fun to have in your Wild Urban Garden mix.
