Celebration Squash are roughly the same size as the Green Acorn Squash, but very different in appearance, with a smoother texture when cooked, and a longer shelf life. I find the texture of the cooked squash to be far less stringy then Acorn, and closer to a Butternut in density.
 
I’m very fond of these little squash and can definitely recommend them.
